To register a betfun account you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporations and automated entities may not hold player accounts);
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method;
• Not be currently self-excluded or banned from the betfun platform or any affiliated platform;
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party.

betfun reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration is subject to identity verification at any stage at betfun's sole discretion. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

betfun operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter issued within the last three months);

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• betfun reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on betfun. Sport-specific rules are published separately in the betfun Sports Rules document accessible via the platform's help section.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet slip reference number is generated, the odds are locked and cannot be changed retroactively by betfun or the player.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced are void unless betfun explicitly offers in-play (live) betting markets for that event, in which case live betting rules apply.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, betfun's standard settlement rules apply. For cricket: a match must reach a minimum number of overs to be settled as per the relevant tournament rules (e.g., ICC, BPL, IPL regulations).
• betfun reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price (a "palpable error"). Players will be notified and their stake returned in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may vary by sport, event type, and player account tier.
• betfun operates a maximum payout cap per player per day across all sports markets combined. The current cap is displayed in the betfun Help Centre.

All casino games available on betfun — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and table games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed primarily by the rules set by that game's provider.

• betfun does not control the outcome of any game. All RNG-certified games use independently audited random number generators to determine outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault mid-round, betfun's policy is to void the affected round and return the player's stake. Where a game result was already determined before the disconnection, that result stands.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before commencing play. betfun accepts no liability for losses arising from connection interruptions on the player's side.
• Crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) are provably fair games whose outcomes can be verified by the player using the seed verification tools provided by the game provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betfun platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with games;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports event results (match-fixing);
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using betfun to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with betfun's platform, APIs, odds feeds, or game servers;
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betfun staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register while under self-exclusion.

betfun reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Receipt of a valid legal order or instruction from a competent authority requiring betfun to restrict the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

All content on the betfun platform — including but not limited to the betfun brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betfun or its licensed content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betfun platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, scraping, or commercial use of betfun content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures beyond betfun's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or market settlements that are subsequently corrected under these Terms.

betfun's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betfun collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

betfun implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption across all data transmissions and maintains secure, access-controlled data storage environments. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

betfun is committed to responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

Disputes raised after the 30-day window may not be accepted for review.

For minor or administrative amendments, betfun may update these Terms without advance notice.
